BusinessFabric Product Overview

Catalogues Management
The BusinessFabric Catalogue Management section covers catalogue creation, modification and maintenance of products within catalogues.

The module is fully integrated with quotation and invoice module so details such as description and prices can be brought from catalogues to make quotation and invoice entry as simple as possible. You can place both stock items and free or fixed text items onto each quotation and invoice entry at any time. A unique feature is the ability to pull in pictures of your items and store them against each product item record. You can then view an actual picture of each of your products on screen at any time.

On-screen modification includes an unlimited number of product groups and stock items can be placed into each product group. Item details include a 16 character stock code, a basic description and a long (support international language), unlimited length description, up to 3 selling prices, 3 discount rates and quantity add the speed to sell the items. Also you can upload the catalogue in bulk for the first time using the BFBulkLoad utility.

In conjunction with account integration, you can get immediate change in quantity of products as soon as inventory gets modify. With pre-define alert threshold of product you can see the quantity status up-to-date while creating invoice.

The Catalogue Management section is very easy to learn and operate and will cater for the quotation and invoicing needs of virtually all small businesses.
Customers Management
The BusinessFabric Customer Management section covers customers management and maintenance and provides more then demographic information at your finger tips.

Using the Customers window all the options you need are available from the tool bar, whether you're adding new customers, searching, entering transactions, making enquiries or printing reports. You can also create sales message or monthly statement for your customers.

This module is fully integrated with accounting integration software and provide you the convenient user interface for customer management. This module is well merged with the quotation and invoice module and provide convenience of selecting different contact detail and address of shipping and invoice.

For your each customers you have ability to manage and maintain the marketing/promotion campaign. On-screen modification including addition and updates of customers and there specific details are easy to perform. Also you can export the customer specific data to the files which can easily imported to the MS Excel.

In conjunction with account integration, you can get access to the basic sales reports for individual customers at there on screen. Also you able to set alert for the customers about there present status in terms of outstanding.

Invoice Management
The Invoice section in BusinessFabric provides excellent facilities for processing invoices and quotation transactions. By integrating fully with all other sections in the system, information can be pulled directly from your Customer and Stock sections to make invoice entry as quick and easy as possible.

As you enter items you can pull descriptions, prices and discounts from your Stock section. You are kept informed of the customer's credit status, stock shortages and mark-up warnings if you sell below a specified profit margin. You can also combine products and free-text lines on each transaction.

You can select to pay (or part pay) the transaction immediately if entering a cash transaction and invoices can be recorded for non-account customers. You can update your accounts and stock module immediately or later. You can also "undo" updates to your accounts and stock to enable you to go back and edit transactions even after posting.

You can print each invoice as many times as you require. You can have a invoice layout and a layout for delivery notes as per your pre-define requirement suitable for pre-printed stationary.

Quotations can be converted into full invoices at any time and avoid retyping on repeated transactions.
Inventory Management
The Inventory Management section in BusinessFabric helps you maintain an inventory of your products to keep a close eye on your stock position. Each item can be maintained as a full stock item to keep track of stock levels or you can simply use it to store descriptions and prices.

Due to BusinessFabric tight integration with Catalogue Management section allows you to pull the items base detail information with ease and you can update an unlimited number of stock items by modifying a 16 character stock code, reorder level, reorder quantity, location and much more.

Whenever adjustments are made to stock levels a transaction is generated so you can keep a complete history of stock movements. The Inventory Management section uses the FIFO (first in, first out) method of stock processing.

In conjunction with account integration, a variety of enquiries and reports are available including price lists, stock checks, stock movement histories and stock valuations. Stock profit and sales reports can be produced for any month of the three year's figures held by the system. A re-order report enables you to produce a list of items that need reordering either for a single supplier, a particular type of product or your full stock list.

The BusinessFabric Inventory Management section provides a straightforward yet effective tool to maintain your business' product catalogue and to keep a control on your key asset of stock.
Delivery Note Management
The BusinessFabric Delivery Note Management section helps you to create dispatch note for delivery purpose by the end of creation of Invoice. Each item in delivery note simply use items description and quantity only.

Delivery Note is always associate with Invoice; due to BusinessFabric tight integration with Invoice Management section allows you to pull the items base detail information with ease from the Invoice and you can select the appropriate shipping address.

After creating invoice transparently it create the delivery note, you have control of printing the delivery note as and when it require. The delivery note print layout is pre-define as per your pre-printed stationary.

You also have the provision to generate shipping note suitable to your shipper's software integration (refer to your shipper document for integration).

The BusinessFabric Delivery Note Management module provides a straightforward yet effective tool to create delivery note to full fill the customer need by keeping a control on your invoice price and value of items.
Integration - Accounting
The BusinessFabric Integration - Account module helps you to manage and maintain the accounting system in-sync with your business activity. The accounting management suitable to your need happen flow-less transparent to you without much efforts on your side.

Integration - Accounting module works very tight with your accounting system and Invoice, Customer, Inventory and Catalogue management module leaving no room to make any errors in your accounting system. The BusinessFabric intuitive user interface adds convenience to update/modify data appropriately to accounting systems also.

After confirming any addition, update on any of BusinessFabric modules all the changes are reflected to the accounting system immediately. This adds convenience to tally your accounting as per your need at any time. This add comfort of using the accounting system you know and trust.

Out-of the box BusinessFabric integrates with Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 software. We can tweak our Integration - Accounting module to work in association with your present running systems. The configuration accounting integration module is easy, this does not require any change/modification in your accounting software setup. Our loosely couple integration module does not loose any business critical activity data for your accounting in case your accounting system is not available when you do any business transaction.
